Dissemination Event in Sassari, Italy

A multiplier event took place in Sassari (Sardinia) with the support of the FIDAPA Association . During the event, Simona Caravita (coordinator of the “Europe 2038” project for Italy) presented the main outcomes on expectations and worries of Italian youths about the future of Europe. These findings where commented by Prof. Gabriella Ferrante (University of Sassari) in light of the European Union laws, and discussed with the audience. At the end of the seminar, five youths reported their experiences as students involved in the Erasmus mobility projects.

Workshops in Liceul Teoretic Lucian Blaga , Oradea

Two workshops with 47 youngsters were held in Liceul Teoretic Lucian Blaga, Oradea. The workshops were held in English language by Carmen Bora and Hanna Steiner who visited the Romanian team. The main goal of the workshop was to discuss the results of the Romanian survey with the pupils and to collect their ideas regarding measures how to achieve the visions for Europe 2038. The workshops took place on May 29.

Dissemination Event in Cordoba, Spain

The final event of the Europe 2038-Spain took place in the Rectorate Building of the University of Cordoba. It was a dissemination session in which the main Spanish results were presented, contrasting them with the political policies and practices that are being developed by the regional government and institutions.
Several personalities and media were attending: representatives of the Spanish public administration related to youth, representatives of youth councils and institutions, the Vice Chancellor of Innovation, Transfer and Campus of Excellence of the University of Córdoba; as well as Dra. Simona Caravita (Europe2038-Italy) and the Europe2038 Spanish team in full.

Local radio interviews Profª Rosario Ortega and Dra. Carmen Viejo

The local radio interviewed Profª Rosario Ortega and Dra. Carmen Viejo. Europe 2038 visits SocNet98

The Europe 2038 project was presented during the SocNet98 international week that took place between May 2 and 5, 2017 in Linz. During the workshop ¿Qué será, será? Visions and Worries of Adolescents and Young Adults for the Future of Europe the results of the PAN European Survey were discussed with an international group of social workers. Concrete measures how to put the visions into practice were developed on on local, national and EU level based on the inputs.

Four workshops with 44 youngsters were held in Liceul Teoretic German “Friedrich Schiller”, Oradea. The workshops were held in German language by Hanna Steiner who visited the Romanian team. The main goal of the workshop was to discuss the results of the Romanian Survey with the pupils and to collect their ideas regarding measures how to achieve the visions for Europe 2038. The workshops took place on February 21 & 28, and March 23 & 24.

Europe 2038 visits catchEyou

The Europe2038 project was presented at the first catchEyou Conference in Athens, Greece, March 2 2017.
